The Design Process

Once we complete the initial kick off meeting, we will strategize together, decide upon a website design and set your website up for optimal user experience and sitemap structure flow.

You provide us with your branding guidelines, color scheme, logo and fonts. We give recommendations throughout the entire process and we are in constant communication working together.

The Review

Your new website will be built on a live test development server which will allow you to see the progress as we are building it. We do some magic, press the easy button and then POOF, you have a brand new beautiful website design.

You now review the site, tell us what you like and dont like and we work together in putting together the finishing touches.

You would first set-up a consultation with our agency. We'd get a better idea of the scope of work and we'd be able to properly quote the website project for you. If you decide to move forward, we'd send over a proposal and agreement to sign. Once the agreement is executed, we would assign the appropriate team members to your account. We typically need 3-5 business days to make these assignments and get prepared on our end. We then have a kick-off meeting and follow our standard process and procedures, which you can learn more about below on this page.

We have a team of designers, developers and digital marketers that will be working on your website project. We also will assign a project manager to your account to ensure timeline completion, back and forth communication as well as customer relations. We want to make your experience working the best so we have only the best team members available to you through the whole process.

Depending on the scope and size of your website project we generally charge 50% up front to cover some initial costs and the once the new website is delivered, a 50% remaining payment will come due. For larger or longer term projects, a start up fee as well as monthly installments will be required. All of these terms will be within the contract agreement so it is very clear for all parties to understand.

Of course! All of our websites will include a basic SEO set up at no additional cost. This is generally the foundation of the website and will set you up for good visibility on the search engines, however if you would like to continue to improve rankings and outrank some of your competitors there is an additional cost to this service. Talk with your Project manager prior to signing the contract agreement if this is something you would like to add on to your contract.
